Compression clothing
- Discomfort caused by a band, compression clothing, tape, or bandage may have a negative impact on the skin or surgical site, so do not remove it arbitrarily. Please follow the instructions provided by the clinic staff. |

Bruising and swelling
- Bruising and swelling may develop for 48 hours after surgery. They will gradually subside over the course of two weeks, but there are individual differences., Keep the surgical site above the heart for three to four days. Cleansing and makeup

- Refrain from drinking and smoking for about three weeks after surgery as they reduce the survival rate of the grafted fat. |

Daily life
- Eat highly nutritious meals to increase the survival rate of the grafted fat. - Do not take a shower until the site from which the fat was collected heals (takes about seven days). - You can engage in your normal day-to-day activities, but avoid exercising and going to the sauna for at least a month.. - Do not rub or apply physical force on the recipient site for about two weeks to increase the survival rate of the grafted fat. - Do not wear a hat, sunglasses, or glasses if they will press upon the recipient site. If you plan on wearing a hat, make sure to wear a loose-fitting one so that it does press on the forehead. |
